Father's Day came a little early for a family from Canada. Marc's younger son was born with a heart condition which has placed him in a Ronald McDonald house for the past three months. No Father should be 3000 miles away from his son on this holiday which is why he was given the best surprise! Marc and his older song were given a plane ticket so they could go be reunited with the rest of his family before this special day. It's a tear jerker but will make you smile so WATCH BELOW!
