Former Miami Dolphins quarterback, Dan Marino, is firing back at the National Football League.
Marino, along with 15 other former players, filed a lawsuit this past week in Philadelphia. More than 4,800 players claim that the NFL "misled players" about the permanent and life-threatening dangers of acquiring concussions, yet, the NFL denies all such claims.
An excerpt of the complaint states, "Despite knowledge of such dangerous practices and the increased risk of head injury to the players, the NFL turned a blind eye for decades."
