Rumor has it that Gosling is battling with his girlfriend Eva Mendes over their pre-nuptial agreement but it seems like its becoming quite the battle. There marriage may even be at stake! This couple can’t seem to agree over their daughter, or their pre-nup! Ryan wants their agreement to split everything 50/50 in case the marriage were to be on the rocks...even though Eva has more money than he does. Others think this is just a delaying tactic he is using to avoid tying the knot with Eva. But is this couple breaking up because they can’t come to an agreement?!
